A new game in the genre of ‘concept album’ has been created by the makers of a previous game.
The title ‘How to Make A Track From a Concept Album’ is based on a song by The Shivers, who also created a similar concept album in 2013, called ‘Skeleton’.
The song, which was featured on The Shiver’s 2013 EP ‘Karma’, is called ‘A Song of Fear’ and was originally produced as part of the album ‘Doomed’, released in 2012.
The game takes place during the apocalypse, in the middle of a post-apocalyptic landscape.
The game has players working as a group to find and create a track, which they’ll use to track down other survivors to save the world.
You’ll have to find out who they are, and how they can be saved, before they’re trapped.
The Shivers team behind the game, along with musician, songwriter and producer Ryan Maclean, said the concept album was inspired by their own experiences working on the album.
“We spent so much time and effort making a record that was the same, and the album was the exact same, we were just trying to keep it as much as we possibly could, so we could make sure we got to the right people and make sure that we got them on the right track,” Maclean said.
“The game’s about creating a story that you could feel and hear, and I think a lot of people find that kind of fun, so the concept is about capturing that feeling and feeling that you get with a song like ‘A Word From My Brother’.”
I think it’s a good way to bring that kind the concept of an album, and then bring that to the gameplay, because it’s not just the music, but the story as well.
“It’s really a great way to do it because it allows you to capture that experience that you’re missing from a game.”
Maclean said they have no intention of making another game about the apocalypse.
“We just think it was the perfect opportunity to get that out there.
The only thing we’ll do is try to make a sequel, but I think we’ll be able to do that very soon.”
